Songstress Praise Kabula releases new song ‘Grateful’

One of the Malawian fast-rising female singers Praise Shantel Kabula known in music circles as Tuntu has released a new song titled ‘Grateful’.
In a separate interview, Tuntu said the song which was produced by
Fkay Beats in Machinjiri, Blantyre,carries the main message of gratitude.
Said Tuntu:”The song’s main message is gratitude as many people say for every little thing in our lives we should remain grateful and satisfied because surely there is someone wishing they had your seat or was where you are at in life.”
She said currently, the song is only available for downloads on Audiomack and Mikozi but in near future will be available on all other platforms like Spotify, Apple Music where many people can access it anywhere and easily.
Asked on her future plans after the new song, the songbird said :” I must say Godspeed is what I plan for, but I hope for the best and pray everyday that my messages change someones life and also bring joy to anyone who comes across it.”
And on how she sees music industry in Malawi, Tuntu said :”I believe we are getting there as they say Rome was not built in a day so I trust God with the process while hoping for the very best in life.”
The singer did not finish the interview without encouraging her fellow female artists in the country.
“All I would say is that everyone has a different story to tell and that definitely the sky is not the limit my love you can do anything so long as you have got the capabilities and if its in your reach. Keep going.
“Let us all embrace every little thing that we have in life because there is more to life than just mopping around and being sad about everything, brighten up your face and be high on that gratitude game. You are someone’s star, keep shining,” encouraged Tuntu.
Born in a family of two girls, Tuntu is the last born child.
She started doing music in the year 2013 and has worked with a couple of people.
Locally, Tuntu is inspired by musicians such as Leslie, Kim Of Diamonds, AyceeX, Tunosiwe while internationally she gets her inspiration from the best vocalists Keyshia Cole, Rihanna, Cat Burns, Sydney Renae and many others
