President Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera’s Davos trip will be reflected in times to come as fulfilling.
The President’s time in Switzerland has been punctuated by relentless tigh schedule.
Since his arrival in the Swiss resort city,President Chakwera has juggled between the collective mission of charting an equitable health plan for the global population and meeting business captains of various companies and leaders of institutions.
After delivering a passionate address to world leaders gathered at the WEF session on Investment in Health Equity on Tuesday, the Malawi leader met Chief Executive of Chandler Foundation,Tim Hanstad.
At the request of President Chakwera,the Chandler Foundation has agreed to support Malawi reform agenda by sourcing decapacitation of the civil service in Malawi to improve public service delivery.
Chandler Foundation is a multi-million dollar organisation that makes investment in governance strengthening through the Chandler Institute of Governance.
