A 38-year-old Kambanizithe from Chilobwe Village, Traditional Authority(T/A) Kachenga in Balaka will spend twelve years of his life in prison for being found guilty of forcing a 5-year-old boy to suck his private parts.
The incident happened around a village called Harry.
It is said that the man stopped the boy and within a blink of an eye, the man sucked the boy’s genitals while threatening him.
The suspect then asked the boy to return the act before he gave him K100 so that he does not reveal the ordeal.
However, the boy reported the matter to his mother and after an investigation the man was arrested.
In the court, the state had four witness.
The convict asked for liniency because he fends for his family.
But magistrate Joshua Nkhono said the act was disgusting.
