Afro-Jazz Musician ‘Lawi’ will be among the artists to perform at Keturah’s album launch expected to take place on May 27 at Amaryllis Hotel in Blantyre.
Keturah announced on her Facebook page that preparations for the launch of the self titled album is at an advanced stage and that Lawi will be among the artists to perform on the day.
“I am thrilled to announce that Lawi will be joining me in this celebration of my journey in Music and Art.
I am grateful to Lawi for coming and sharing his beautiful, soulful music with us. It is good to join hands with our fellow artists and grow together. ” reads the Facebook post in part.
The ‘Achisale’ hit-maker has since thanked Lawi for accepting to be part of the event and has urged music lovers to patronize the show in large numbers.
She said, “I know many of you love Lawi’s music. Let’s all come together and sing and dance on May 27.”
On Saturday, Keturah’s former Manager Pemphero Mphande announced that he was going to attend the album launch after receiving an invitation from the musician.
