All Roads Lead Lilongwe Golf Club For Lucius Banda’s Album Launch

Veteran musician, Lucius Banda will be on the spotlight this weekend as he launches his 20th studio album titled _Love and Hate_ at the Lilongwe Golf Club in the capital city.
He will be supported by Namadingo, Lulu, Dan Lu, Mlaka Maliro,Billy Kaunda,Sam Smack, Nepman, Ma Blacks, Anthony Makondetsa, Janta, Wendy Harawa, Walycris, Che Malamba,Temwa and his son John popularly known as
Mr Zembani.
There will also be performances by international artists namely Nkosazana Daughter from South Africa and Oga Family from Zambia
Banda has recently dropped two tracks namely ‘Bisa’ and ‘Iwe ndi Ine’ featuring Dan Lu which was released on Tuesday this week.
The album (Love and Hate) has been produced by, among others, Janta, Ralph Ching’amba and DJ Slay.
The key message in the album is about love, hate, betrayal and there are also some gospel songs in the album.
The Balaka-based musician delayed the release of the the 16-track project two years ago due to Covid 19 and illness.
Cease Fire, Survivor, Unity and Down Babylon are some of the most successful albums by the musician.
