A Ntcheu-based nurse, Chidawawa Mainje who was arrested Friday over alleged cyber harassment, has been released on police bail.
According to National Police Deputy Spokesperson, Harry Namwaza while confirming Mainje’s released, was mum on specific date when the suspect will be taken to court.
Mainje a nurse working at Ntcheu district hospital through a WhatsApp forum discussion on 27 April, 2022 insulted President Lazarus Chakwera.
He hails from Malothi village, Traditional Authority-T/A Mlolo in Nsanje.
