The Sound and Light Festival will return this afternoon at Blantyre Sports Club with performances by Nigerian singer FireBoy DML and launch of Castel Malawi’s new beer brand Shandie.
The event organisers Entertainers Promotions partnered with Castel to bring back this event in the Commercial city after it went into hibernation for three years.
Since it’s inception, this will be the first time that the event will feature an international artist.
Apart from Fireboy Sound and Light will also feature Mr Nobody hit-maker Onesmus and other local artists and DJs.
According to Entertainers Promotions director Tonderai Banda, people who have purchased a ticket to the event, will receive four bottles of Shandie at the entrance.
He further said with the ticket, people will automatically enter into a promotion run by Castel Malawi whose ultimate prize is a Nissan NP200 vehicle to be given out in December.
