Chipiku stores boosts central region football league sponsorship to k25 million

Chipiku Stores has announced a significant increase in its sponsorship of the Central Region Football League (CRFL) from K19.8 million to K25 million.

The announcement was made at Bingu National Stadium in Lilongwe, highlighting the company’s continued commitment to supporting football development in the region.

According to Brown Mkangama, Regional Administrator for Chipiku Stores, the decision to increase the sponsorship amount was influenced by the effective management of the league by the Central Region Football Association (CRFA). “The league has been running well, and it has been competitive,” Mkangama said, adding that, “We are also impressed with how the administration has been handling financial accounts. They have been accountable and transparent.”



The increased sponsorship amount will undoubtedly have a positive impact on the management of the league. CRFA General Secretary Antonio Manda expressed his gratitude to Chipiku Stores for the additional support. “This money will make a huge difference in the management of the league,” Manda said, adding that, “It’s almost a 28 percent increment. We are grateful.”
