Mnangagwa describes his 3 day state visit to Malawi a success as he leaves Malawi for Zimbabwe

The visiting Zimbabwe President Emmerson Dambudzo Mnangagwa described his 3 day stay in Malawi a success.
Briefing Journalists at Sanjika Palace in Blantyre, Mnangagwa said the trip has helped to cement the existing relationship between the two countries.
Mnangagwa has since left Malawi for Zimbabwe after successful completion of the visit.
Mnangagwa left Malawi via Chileka International Airport.
Mnangagwa arrived in Malawi on 29 May, 2023 at the invitation of Malawi Leader President Dr Lazarus McCarthy Chakwera.
Mnangagwa arrived through Kamuzu International Airport (KIA) in the Capital City Lilongwe and President Chakwera welcomed the Zimbabwe leader at the Airport.
While in the country Mnangagwa held bilateral talks with Malawi President bordering on trade and investment, Mining and natural resources, tourism and Agriculture.
Prior to his departure President Mnangagwa has retaliated the need for Malawians to embrace the spirit of ownership and responsibility in every aspect of life saying it is key to every country’s development.
President Dr Lazarus Chakwera has since extended his best wishes to President Mnangagwa ahead of Presidential elections slated for 23rd August 2023.
