Kindness abounds: Dr. Jane Ansah Foundation brings relief to vulnerable families

The Dr. Jane Ansah Foundation has brought joy to vulnerable families in Lilongwe with a generous donation of 100 bags of maize flour.
The foundation’s thoughtful gesture has provided much-needed relief to the elderly, people living with albinism, and economically disadvantaged families at Mtima Woyera Parish.
Beneficiaries like Grace Tembo and Monica Kachimera were overjoyed, saying the support would greatly ease their household struggles.

“We are truly grateful for this blessing,” they said, echoing the sentiments of many who received aid.
The donation was pledged during Good Friday commemorations, and its timely delivery has brought hope to those in need. Executive Director Yusuf Nthenda emphasized the foundation’s commitment to supporting communities during significant religious seasons.
“We’re dedicated to uplifting vulnerable groups and promoting solidarity,” he said.
Moffat Chimbwala of APAM praised the foundation’s inclusive approach, saying it was a shining example of kindness and compassion.
Parish representative Mr. Numeli Macheza thanked the foundation for bringing hope to many families, saying it was a reminder that there are still people and organizations willing to help those in need.
